Due to continued growth and success in the electrical training sector, Rebus Training is expanding. We are currently seeking a dedicated Electrical
NVQ Assessor
to join our experienced team at our Stoke-on-Trent training centre.
This is a varied and rewarding position where you will play a key role in supporting the development of future electricians. You’ll work
closely with mostly adult learners, assessing competence across a range of qualifications and supporting learners both in-centre and
on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 1-to-1 assessments for NVQ candidates and course students
- Conduct assessments either in centre or at customer sites
- Liaise with employers and learners to plan and coordinate assessments
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of assessment quality and standards
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 NVQ qualified or Apprenticeship trained in electrical installation
- A passion for raising standards within the electrical industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A collaborative team player, flexible and supportive
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for site visits
Note: Full training and support to become a qualified Assessor will be provided to the right candidate. Opportunity to undertake teacher
training may also be available.
What We Offer
- Earnings in the region of, £40,000 – £48,000 (based on qualifications and experience)
- Generous holiday allowance: 34 days per year (including bank holidays), rising to 40 days
